I placed an order at 2vitamins on the 6th June 2010. 3 weeks later and still no package. Ive sent over 20 emails asking for my order. Then for a refund. A lady named Alison Silver responds saying...Your order has been cancelled and your refund is under processing.

The procedure is taken care of in our administration offices.

My apologies for this inconvenience. You must know that our whole system and management have recently changed in order to provide a better and faster service. We are working really hard and I hope you can feel the difference next time !

I am a very angry customer, after placing an order on 14th April 2010 I am still awaiting my goods!!
after several emails of broken promises from the staff that they goods are on their way i have never recieved them, hence I asked for my £70.00 refund which never appeared, i am taking this matter further until it is resolved

We have ordered through the Internet trial Clean Smoke, and through visa card they have removed payment, but have sent nothing, what to us to do?

I need to let everyone know not to order from these scam artist! I had placed my order in good faith in February and after waiting patiently for my Alli, after 2 weeks I had emailed to ask where my product was- I was told that there was none in stock. I foolishly decided to wait another week, the week passes, no product, and then another excuse from ''Kate Smith''.

Finally I was fed up with her endless excuses as I had ordered products from the US before without having to wait more then a week for delivery. I requested to be refunded and again the delays and excuses kept coming in. Til this day I have yet to receive my money back.

These scammers are just sitting on our hard earned money collecting interest; which is why they give us excuse after excuse just to hold on to our quid.

I initially ordered the free trial of LifeCleanse which I recieved a confirmation for Euro 1,01- I recieved this shortly thereafter and tried out the trial. AbsoluteAcaiBerry was also ordered and received for Euro 1.01. Without ordering any follow ups on february 22 2010 and march 24 2010. My account was billed Euro 96,52 for the Acai Berry and then a further Euro 96,52(february and March each 96,52)was billed to my account for the LifeCleanse which i never requested.

I responded to an advertisement in a magazine, to a free trial of Exclusiveberry and Colon Cleanse,
The two bottles were received and I just had to pay p&p. I then have found on my bank statement
that 2 amounts of £74.18 have been taken from my account. I am thoroughly sickened by this
underhanded trick. Your company should be ashamed!!!!!

this company got in to my bank accont and toke money whitout my approvel.

Applied for a free trail, received the goods, thought nothing more of it, received second shipment of goods. Thought it was a mistake, but when i checked my credit card details found out was charged for not only the second shipment but also the first free trial. I was interested in paying for any of it, willing to try a free sample, definitely not interested in paying for an ongoing scam.

this company took 50.00 us from my credit card and when you try to call them to find out why they do not exist this i have not received any product from them, they only thing i brought on line was the aci berry thing. i thing this company is a fraud is there anyone looking about getting these company off the internet

I was impressed by the free trial and the claims of what these products can do. Unfortunately not being experienced in online shopping I did not read the terms and conditions. (In tiny print and the bottom of the screen. Consequently when I thought I was getting a free trial has now cost me $264.40 . I am a single mum and this really hurts . I think this is a scam.

I have had no dealings with this company but on 8 feb 2010 $177.75 was deducted from my credit card , which I suspect is related to some free samples I ordered that asked for postage only. When samples arrived there was no return address, no contact information ,and no invoice. Also the postage price was never taken from my account.
I ordered free samples of acai berry and liver cleanse. My credit card has had TWO deductions of the same amount. $177.75 and $177.75. Crdit card details supplied are NUSKIN SINGAPORE 866 484 6361 and PRO BODY 866 407 5590.
The website offering FREE SAMPLES asked for POSTAGE only .......so why was postage of $3.95 never deducted but $177.75 was deducted TWICE.
This is a scam, I want my money back ,I want to return the product but to WHERE?? I have rung both these phone numbers and the person answering the phone denies any knowledge of any such company.HELP!!

10-02-2010 I ordered through an advertisement 1 sample packet of Acai Berry Detox, and 1 sample packet of Life Cleanse, both packages for 0.95 Euro a piece.
Test kits are paid with Mastercard.
Subsequently, I received the packages whitin 5 days, at a price of € 0.95 piece.

27-02-2010 I can see at my online bank that there has been whitdrawn twice 128.90 USD at my account.

I ordered a 14 day trial of Absolute AcaiBerry on 01/02/2010 via the internet and agreed to pay the shipping costs of £0.95 inclusive of VAT. I gave them my Credit Card details and on the 18 February (Bank reference 01287219) the sum of £75.55 was charged to my account.

The trial was in the form of capsules supplied in a plastic jar (approx 60 capsules were supplied). There was no indication or statement to say that an extra sum of money would be charged other than the shipping costs.

My claim is for the extra amount I was charged over and above the amount clearly indicated on the advertisement and also on the invoice I received when the goods were delivered.

hi i lost my money from my account for about 89.01 euros on feb 05- 2010 and without my permission and i need to get that money back or else i am going to sue case against this company somebody pls help me with this i think this company is fake.

Ordered a free trial of their product which never arrived at my home. Then I was charged £78.30 for the privilege when I rang them up they said the terms and conditions were in the small print!!!
When I asked them to dispatch the product to me they declined and said until it was returned to them they could not do so... my Postal people don't have my order... I would like my money back... I am now taking this up with the Bank
