on the 14.7.2010, i came into the store in chatham (medway) to get my eyebrows threaded, i had asked the lady can you just shape the eyebrows and keep the thickness which she smiled and done the treatment, she showed me in the mirror my left eyebrow has been half taken off and a chunk at the begining is missing and on my right eyebrow is very patchy, different shape and they are both really thin (i have got pictures of before). when i showed her she shook her head and said no and wanted to take more out! im a experience beautican and i thread ive been doing it for 5 years and i am aware of how threading should be carried. im looking at some form of compensation as fore my eyebrows will take a very long time to grow back.
