Offered me a free sample and my credit card was then used for $141.76 us dollars for 1 bottle of pills. That did nothing but give me and upset stomach. did not give this company permission for this charge? they wanted my credit card # for mailing free sample. Now impossible to contact them???? | ||||||||||

resulting in this claim now being satisfied This proves that Complain-About-Them.com Gets You Justice! Trianco 12kw electric boiler was installed and first used in november 2006. Since then and whilst under warranty the PCB failed twice. The Trianco engineer said there was a design fault with the part which had now been rectified. The PCB has now failed again and i have no central heating. I have spent £150 in engineers visits who have been unable to repair the boiler and the last engineer recommended byTrianco quoted £358+vat to replace the PCB again. He contacted Trianco who said that the boiler is no longer under warranty and they have no obligation to act. The boiler is described as being suitable for years of trouble free use and virtually maintenance free. Clearly this is not the case, and even if repaired at a cost disproportionate to a new boiler which would be around £600, judging by past performance it will fail again. I have no confidence in this product and wish to replace the boiler with a more reliable product, the cost of which would be around £2,ooo. This was the cost of supply and installation of the existing boiler which was money wasted. I have e-mailed Trianco on this matter and they have not responded.
