Iwas looking for an i pod.found dealooza website,formed an account then first thing on application form was your card details,completed that,then to find you need to take up a trial offer,completed that then to find you also have to make 5 refferals and to get your product all 5 have to order,so i stopped filling it in and e mailed their support team to withdraw.no response.since i had not completed the full check out details i thought the card details would not be processed.to find out card debited and i got nothing in return and no response to any of my e mails to their support team.be warned u,ll be the looza stay clear of this website scam.

on the 8th feb 2010.i went on dealooza site looking for an i pod.found this deal/scam that has you input your card details first then tells you that you have to take a trial product and make 5 refferals and they each have to order before you ret the i pod for the said price.on finding out of the refferals i cancelled and sent an e mail saying that.only to find you have taken my money and i have nothing in return.now you are ignoring my e mails.i am peporting you to a complaint site and will cause you as much embarrasment /bad publicity as i can,

I ordered ugg boots from this site on 16th Nov 09 and, 3 months later, despite numerous e mails, I have still not received the goods or indeed, a refund. I contacted the company 4 weeks after the order and was informed there had been a delay, they would be sent the following day, and I would receive a tracking number. After 2 weeks, I received nothing, and duly asked for a refund. This e mail, and all subsequent e mails were ignored until last week, 4th Feb 10, they notified me that the items were sent (no indication as to when!), and to check with my post office. Needless to say, they too have no Uggs! Again, I have asked for a refund and again my e-mails are ignored.
Buyer Beware.

Dealooza use small print and then fail to meet their obligations.
They offered a Kimble electronic book at 1/4 price, explaining that they could do this by refering purchaser to other product sales and saying that ONE other purchase would clear the sale of the Kimble. I received confirmation of additional sale but after 1/2 an hour had not got confirmation of Kimble sale. Just to add to the problem, the company that Dealooza had recommended were themselves scammers!

i did purchased an LV bag thru the net-company_name=1357#start>zhefiry.com and in their T & C,you can return it anytime within 30 days.after few days of purchased,i was wandering why is it so cheap and sent message to them asked them if these items they're selling are authentic or fake.fei fei-customer support gave me explanation which i wasn't satisfied and i then started to have a feeling that 'something's fishy goin on.i then decided to get my moneyback.sent them message on how to return the purchased good back ASAP but i didn't get no answer.i did try to ring their contact number,unfortunately-the number doesn't exist.what i did was,i did get in touch with my creditcard provider and i have been advised to wait for full refund and if not their fraud team will investigate the matter and dispute will be done.

I purchased 2 pair of uggs boots from this company and not yet recieved them.I have emailed then the first time they responded give a few more days due to a snow storm.I waited and emailed again but did not recieve an answer but they still have my money.

I have only just found out that i have been ripped off by this company when i checked my credit card statement.I did not give them any authority to take my money,thought i was just getting a free trial of the absolute acai berry and the company_name=1840#start>life cleanse.So far they have taken over $500.Ihave cancelled my credit card and the bank will send me dispute forms.Icannot afford this.These people,if you can call them people have no morals and hopefully will get whats coming to them very soon.I want my money back.

I don´t know that company at all, so I don´t know what products I have been paying for. I have search the company on the internet of found out, that it could be regarding acai berry & cleanser products, but those products did I order a free sample of through LB Envision Net Worldwide Ltd.! I don´t know if it`s regarding that.

Ordered sisley perfume on 11/10/2009 when my credit card was debited. After 2 weeks contacted site and was told it was lost in post. Waited another 2 weeks and requested refund or replacement. Was told by Chris replacement sent out on 16/11/2009. Still waiting but not hopefull.

I have made an order for Bosch WAE24164GB washing machine and made the payment via the phone on 8th/11/2009. The delivery of the goods meant to be today 18th/11/2009. I have received an email on 8/11/2009 from Mark stated the authorisation code for the transaction is 223979. I was told i will receive confirmation of the delivery before hand. On the 18th I contacted the land line and mobile on the web page but were no reply. There is no address to the above company. I dont know what to do . I have sent an email to mark to inquire about my washing machine. I dont know if this is a existing company or a fraud.

I ordered acacia berry/life cleanse product from internet from Get Stonger 02030510825. I was advised I only needed to pay postage £0.98p for each item. I stupidly gave my credit card details and have now been debited £146.62 from my account. I have been unable to contact this company to get the money refunded.

Have added comments to 2 other people on the site about this company but just realised I should really be making a complaint so you have more numbers to support you. As I NEVER RECEIVED the "Free Samples" I ordered, I have included that amount in my claim total you requested. Total to date charged on my credit card in relation to this is $271.96AUD

I am in Australia and around October 21st ordered a "FREE" sample of Acacia Berry and also a "FREE" sample of Life Cleanse at a small cost for P&H. To date (15 November) I have not received a sample of either product however, I have now been charged 8 times - varying amounts - relating to these FREE samples and I have NEVER RECEIVED either one.

When the "FREE SAMPLES" did not arrive in the week as advertised, I assumed they were out of stock so was prepared to give them 28 days to arrive. Now I see there has been unauthorised charges on my credit card and when I googled "Beauty Sculpt" to see who they were I got your site which uncovered the fact that all the above charges on my credit card are related and it would appear - A SCAM. I am pretty dissappointed - things are hard enough for everyone financilally without people doing this to us! I have contacted my bank and disputed the non authorised amounts. The only charges I authorised were the small P&H fee to RECEIVE two FREE samples - which incidentally, I thought were coming via post from an Australian company.

I had no idea the two lots of double transactions a couple of weeks apart were linked nor who to chase up so sincerely thank you for this site. I will contact the Trading Planet Ltd the comments on this site refer to and ask where my 'FREE' samples are and also ask how they have the nerve to charge me the other larger amounts and let you all know how I get on. Does anyone have a phone number in Australia to contact them on? I lodged a disputed transaction claim during the week over the credit card $130.60 X 2 with my bank ad they advised whilst they look into it, if I could find out who the company was to contact them myself and ensure a cancellation was lodged straight away to avoid any further charges to dispute. They have no information at this stage on the company as the charges were claimed through another bank and I had no idea then that they and "Get Stronger" were linked. Thankyou for this information. I would prefer not to wait around until Trading Planet Ltd finally answer my email so would appreciate a telephone number if anyone can give it to me, but please if it is not in Australia, please advise me what country it is in so I get the numbers right. Chris blames Royal Mail. (As he has to many hundreds of people the liar!) Requested a refund which Chris agrees to in line with distance selling regulations. Still no money received after 30 days (how silly of me to even dream I'd get it before then). Many emails fly to and fro between Chris and I. After 3 months of emails Chris says im not now due a refund until 120 days. Still waiting for my refund (as im sure hundreds of other people are). Chris is brilliant at sending emails, taking you hard earned cash but not so good at crediting you for goods he has never sent.

THIS GUY IS A FRAUD AND I WILL NOT GO AWAY UNTIL I AM PAID!!!

i like many others have been scamed i feel so stupid and angry too i found lovely liaisons on the internet as i wanted to earn some money to pay the mortgage. the girl i spoke to is called Shelly acted really nice and genuine how does she sleep at night i wonder? she told me i would have to pay a admin fee of £458.85 and will only have to pay that when they have a confirmed booking for me, now ive been booked with a guy called ralph hes apparently 58 and a finacial advisor, i dont know which hotel hes at and im meeting him on monday for brunch thats 2nd november 2009, a private taxi is going to pick me up and drop me off after. he will be calling me tommorw 1st november to confim everything and as shelly says break the ice. so we will be waiting for his phone call before noon tomorrow? i just feel scared now . just dont know who to turn to as i was doing this secretly from my family.
