I bought 4 x boxes of YMEA tablets @ £6.99 each & postage of £8.36 from this seller on EBAY. I received only 1 box of YMEA tablets. I escalated the claim to Paypal but have never received a refund from this person. I have contacted him/her via the email address given on EBAY but to no avail. I have posted negative feedback on EBAY about this seller but I am informed that he can continue to sell by using a different name and / or email address. If I am unable to receive my money back by going through the correct channels, then I would like everyone to know that they should never deal with this person and if somebody could tell me how, and where else I can post negative feedback about this person, then please feel free to let me know. Hope this helps.
| 209 | Red Save | Redsave account » | 18/12/2009 | Total claims: 2 | Comments: 0 | |||||
I noticed on my credit card bill a payment of £19.95 with redsave.com - a payment amount and company I have never heard of. I have contacted my credit card supplier and they are taking the payment to dispute on my behalf. I have tried to contact Redsave and they emailed me back to ask for my redsave account number and the email address I set up the account with. When I emailed them back to say I do not have either as I have never set up an account they have not contacted me back again. I have searched through my past credit card bills and noticed they have been taking £19.95 off my credit card since March 2008. I have recontacted my credit card supplier who informs me they cannot stop any further payments as there is a continuous payment authority set up by redsave which they are unable to stop but they are investigating it. Is there anyway I can get this stopped and get the money back.

I purchased a digital photoframe from Red Save in December 2008. I have just been made aware of the fact that they have been deducting £20 a month ever since. Apparently they automatically sign you up for a 'free' 30 day red save pass. After the 30 days has expired, they charge you for the service. I have checked my correspondence with them and while they have mentioned the 'free 30 day pass' on my original receipt, there is no mention of the fact that they would deduct £20 per month thereafter. Can anyone advise? Many thanks.

I received modern warfare 2 for ps3 from www.coolshop.co.uk on 7/11/09. it didn't work properly and stated 'not for sale in the uk' on the back of it. i sent it back to the return address asking for a refund. i sent it by registered post on 9/11/09, it was delivered to them on 10/11/09, because i checked with royal mail. i have emailed them 3 times and written a comment on their website but have heard absolutely nothing from them. i want a refund! 23/11/2009 I eventually spoke to a 'virtual person' who would not refund because 'not their fault' she returned my 'useless' game to me and told me to take it up with manafacturer, but obviousley I don't have a leg to stand on because it says 'not for sale in uk on back of it!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS SITE, THEY ARE A CON.

| 66 | eteacher ClassicalHebrew.com [Ramat-Gan] | Illicit removal of funds from bank » | 12/11/2009 | Total claims: 1 | Comments: 0 | |||||
I signed up for a trial sending approximately £60. Unfortunately I gave the company my debit card details. They are eteacher ClassicalHewbrew.com I received a book and headphones I received a pre-orientation session to ensure I could participate in lessons I attended one on line tutorial on 23rd October which was a disaster. It started late, there was no interaction with the class or tutor possible (it was the tutors first lesson and she didn't know how to join us all in with the technology) After the lesson of 50 minutes I emailed the tutor and asked questions about homework as she had failed to mention homework or review the lesson and explained my concerns and questions No feedback was requested, the company never followed up with the new tutor so far as I am concerned to establish whether everything had been delivered in the tutorial according to plan, otherwise they would have apologised I received a sympathetic but dismissive answer from the tutor On 28th October I received information about a seminar but having received a harrassing phone call and read concerning messages on the forum, I decided I was not proceeding with the company in any shape. I spoke to their representative who tried a hard sell of the seminar once more and I made it clear as politely as possible that I was not proceeding. This conversation is important because the company are relying on the fact that I did not resign within the necessary 10 days after the tutorial. I attended no more lessons and considered the trial at £60 a waste of money. On 11th November I found £178 removed from my bank account without any warning or notice! I immediately contacted the company to complain. They defended their actions by telling me that I had never cancelled! I told them of my dissatisfactions and they dismissed my comments but said they would not be able to ask a manager to revert to me for 48 hours - by which time they would be closed for the weekend. I did however receive a call within two hours from someone whose position in the company was unclear. Again they were disinterested in my complaints, just saying they needed to hear the phone conversation I made to their representative to be sure I was accurate in ending my membership- if they found it, then they would return the funds. Today I had a two line threat that I would be charged further funds as they had listened to the call and I had not cancelled! This is totally untrue! I asked for a copy of the recording and also details of the CEO or MD and their lawyers! They wrote back just telling me they were sorry I have now cancelled and any information can be obtained from their website. They didn't address any of my concerns and have seemingly just dismissed me. This company is scandalous and I regret the day I ever had dealings but wish to take this to the ultimate position to obtain justice.
| 24 | Tenretni Ltd [Carmarthenshire] | False Advertisment, Fraud,Theft and Deception » | 09/11/2009 | Total claims: 1 | Comments: 0 | |||||
On the 13th July 2007 I purchased a website business from Tenretni Ltd, although the site was advertised on eBay I was asked by Dean Taylor, a Director of the company to pay the £695 directly into his bank account. I made no money from this website. In February 2008 I was persuaded by Dean Taylor to upgrade my site to two new sites which would be guaranteed to make money, each site cost £800, I paid the £1,600 to Tenretni Ltd via Paypal. Again I made no money from these sites despite having very robust Google Adwords campaigns running. In March 2008 I was approached by Dean Taylor and asked to invest in Tenretni Ltd, "It's a fantastic chance for you; it's not a new business- just an expansion of a very successful one- so failure is not an option. It's certainly not a way for me to make money out of you - definitely not. The invite is very lucrative - this is guaranteed." Initially I was asked to invest £30,000, I politely declined the invitation. The amount I was then asked for was £20,000, again I politely declined again. I was then asked how much I could afford to invest as Tenretni Ltd where desperate to use my skills as a Qualified Google Adwords Professional. I invested £5,000 with the promise of making up to £3,000 per week from sales of API websites. I paid Tenretni Ltd £5,000 via Paypal on the 7th April 2008. By July 2008 there had been two sales, both at half price a return of £800 and a huge amount of money lost on advertising on Google. I became concerned and spoke to Dean Taylor, I was then asked to train Tenretni Ltd customer how to use Google Adwords, after meeting with Dean Taylor and Peter Staples at their office, then in Bury Port, West Wales I agreed to this and was reassured that my investment was safe and that things would pick up. However by the end of October 2008, I realised that the promised business deal and income would never materialise. At this point I ceased my activity as a trainer with Tenretni Ltd and asked for my £5,000 to be refunded, initially Peter Staples and Joanne Marsden (both Directors of Tenretni Ltd), agreed to a full refund, but later refused to return my money. I have also received a series of abusive and threatening emails from Peter Staples. I have since begun legal proceedings against Tenretni Ltd, but to date have received no refund.
