ordered online paid by paypal never got them phoned up they said they would send a claim form they did filled it in they said they would re issue the order still never got phoned for refund they said it was paid into my account on the 1 august 2009 no trace of it sent ten emails they did not reply phoned the trading standards still no further.

sent for computer ink 6th jan took money out of bank 9 th jan , said they would deliver before 12th , phoned to ask why no delivery ,sorry be there 48 hours , still no delivery , keep phoneing again no ansewer. i have not even had email to explain why they have not sent goods .i have emaied every day no answer . i think 14 days is long enough to get a reply
