Ref: Palmerston and Byron Road Car Parking- Stadium Housing Association (Harrow, HA3)


On 17 of August 2010 around 15.45 members of NSL services group part of DVLA clamped my car and other 4 cars in the same car parking in Palmerston Road and Byron Road (Harrow, HA3).

The car parking is a private car parking. Stadium Housing Association Limited are the freeholders and managing agents of Byron and Palmerston Road therefore the vehicles parked in the allocated bays should not have been clamped.

NSL services group were instructed by DVLA as the vehicles are untaxed. I do agree that they can clamp any car in the public road, but not in a private road or parking.

I did manage to take video and pictures for my car and the clamps; also I did video the unit when they removed the clamps from my car.

What NSL services did is not acceptable and it’s illegally to clamp any car in a private road or private parking.

Therefore by law, I making a compensation claim against
NSL Services Group, Uxbridge Vehicle Pound, DVLA West London Pound, Cape Boards, Iver Lane, Uxbidge, UB8 2JQ

I am making this claim because:

1. Illegal clamps
2. Un-Authorised enter to my car parking
3. Wasting my time
4. Wasting my money
5. Stress
6. Panic
7. NSL did not follow the British Law

Therefore, I am asking NSL Services Group – DVLA to pay me £7500 as a compensation to sort this matter; otherwise further action will be taken against NSL Services Group - DVLA.

i bought a car from arrow cars in nov 08 i have just had it fail on its first mot on alot of things, i can understand wear and tear but i drive around a young child all the time and a disabled person once a fortnight, i cannot understand how i have caused so much damage. I also had to take it back during its 3 month warranty and ended up paying 200.00 in total! is this normal or have i been done?

I have the car Mazda 6.On November,13th car has been given to repair in garage Cardinal Motors,Wolverhampton.I have addressed in this garage with the request to make car repair as at driving is audible a creaking sound.Workers of garage promised to execute car repair.In garage to the car have changed the bearing.For work I have paid 180 paunds,but the extraneous sound remained with the car.I did not ask bearing replacement.I have arrived to this garage by the car with unnown malfunction.In this garage have not made car repair.

Call them to get a quote for a 2007 Landrover Disovery 2.7 tdv6 and they were soo rude, i spoke to a 'lady' called Faye, i asked her the obvious questions price, milleage? she said yer about 40,000 then i asked about delivery she said about 7 days i suppose. I then asked her to send me a photo of the engine before i brought it and she said: nah we dont send photos and i asked why she said cos we dont ok! and put the phone down.

Is this because they dont have the engine? I am 100% sure they dont have the engine and they are stealing pikeys.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS, LOOK AT ALL THESE COMPLAINTS, HOW ARE THE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE TRADING???
