This company contaced me in Decemebr after me searching the internet for a company to clear a couple of credit crads and a loan using the April 2007 legislation. 2 Companie contced me from this search and after checking clear uk ouit with companies house, the web site and the address I decided to use this company. At the beginning of January I sent them 3 x £195.00 the cost for each claim. I was told that I had an extremely strong case and their solicitors would be contacting me to take on the case. The whole thing would take 3 - 6 months to go to court. I did not hear from their solicitors but I still had contat with clear uk credit. Mr Paul Sampson was my advisor and until 16th February still had contact with him. Since then I can not get hold of the company. There telephone lines are now unobtainable and Paul Sampson does not return my emails. I have written to them but again had no reply. Mr Sampson even told me the name of the solicitor and telephone number. This is Mr S J Latimer of Latimer Lee Solicitors in Prestwich. Their tel no is 0161 798 9000. They have not heard of clear uk credit. The telephone numbers for clear uk credit are 0161 278 2612/3/4/5. I also have a home phone number for Mr Sampson because he contaced me from home one day when he was snowed in. This number is 0161 980 4624. (When i searched this number on google it came up with an estate agents name and address. Any help in getting my money back would be much appreciated. I have also contacted my bank and the police.

i have recently applied for bankrupcy where i paid churchwood financial to complete the paperwork and set the date for the hearing once this was completed i attended court and soon found out that churchwood had completed the forms incorrectly. so have had contacted them to find out why it had gone wrong. after sending the documents back to them i had to wait 3 months to wait to see if i would get an email where there procedure states 28 days! after many telephone calls & emails no one ever got back to me and today i called them and they told me that i would not receive a refund and the customer service rep told me that the person that looks at all of the cases and decides if there should be a refund issued is only mediumly trained i thought that a fully trained person should be the one that decides?

On 20 January I was telephoned by Unsecuredloancompany.net after registering with Best4loans. The lady I spoke to said I had been approved for the loan I wanted and quoted detailed repayment figures. She also said the loan would be with a leading provider such as Black Horse. On this basis I paid a 49.80 fee for the loan to go ahead.
The next day I was contacted by a small loan company and offered a loan at a very high interest rate, totally different from what I'd been quoted. This was followed by a second call from an even more expensive company.
I tried to contact Unsecuredloancompany to complain. Emails came back as undeliverable. I wrote by post and received no reply even though their own complaints procedure promises a response within a week. When I called Customer Services they acknowledged receipt of my letter but were unable to say why they had not responded. They refused to put me through to anybody in a position to authorise a refund and simply said they would not refund my money because they had put me in contact with a lender. The fact that the lender and the rates were not what I'd been quoted did not seem to be of any importance to them.
I have now made a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman and am waiting to see if it is successful.

i applied for a loan through this company, they took £58 upfront fees for finding me a loan, this was august 2009.
i have rang them hundreds of times, sent letters registered and emailed. they have not found me a loan to this day, and will not give me my money back. the thing is after 6 months i dont think they are legally bound to pay me back , that is why i am; doing this, because my time runs out at the end of febuary. i did get an email back which said i would receive correspondance in the post. the post arrived, still no cheque , instead it was another letter saying they were still trying to find me a loan. i have had similar dealings with other companies that pray on the vulnerable ones that have bad credit ratings and cant get loans through decent companies. to date i have lost £500 in broker fees.

i paid this company the stated amount in order for them to find me a loan. to date i have heard nothing from them, nor has anyone been in touch that can find me a loan. i have tried ringing the comtactg numbers i have for them (3 numbers) and i get a fax machine on the listed phone number. the number that i was given at he time of the application is just a voicemail on which i have left numerous messages and the main customer service number is permanantly engaged!!!!!!!

i either want the service they have promised or my money back
