I have been speaking to Fred Penny every week since September regarding a pair of designer jeans that I ordered from the Zia Valence website... I saw these jeans when on holiday in Florida and couldn't believe my luck when I found them so cheap on this website. I ordered them around the 12th September 2008 and about 5-6 weeks later I received a pair of jeans, unfortunately they were the wrong ones. I spent another £5 returning the jeans and I have still not received the correct jeans. Each week I speak to Fred and he says the coming but they still haven't arrived, the last time I spoke to him just over 1 week ago, I asked for a full refund through paypay (this is how I paid).. I still have no refund and still no jeans... More than anything I would like the jeans... But if Fred can't deliver the goods a full refund is only fair... I'd like to believe Fred is genuine as he always answers the phone to me and tells me what I like to hear but I've not received the goods after 3 months so I can only believe now that he isn't....

| 167 | Oh so sexy Lingerie [Blackpool] | Unpaid Refund order 11127 » | 25/11/2009 | Total claims: 1 | Comments: 0 | |||||
On the 2.8.2009 I ordered £62.49 worth of underwear from Oh so sexy Lingerie. Delivery stated 2-3 days so when the order hadn't arrived by the 8.8.09 I emailed the company asking about the order. I got a reply 2 days later stating the items I ordered were out of stock and would I like to choose replacements which I did the same day. 3 days later the replacement order had not arrived so once again mailed the company to find out where my order was. I received a mail back saying they were waiting on stock and would keep me updated. I received another mail on the 18th August saying they were still waiting on stock and again would keep me informed. I heard nothing again for 10 days so I mailed the company and asked them to refund my money to which I received no reply until 3rd September when I received a mail confirming they would refund my money. Inbetween 5th September Iand 4th October I mailed the company on numerous occassions and received no reply I also rang numerous times but no answer. I finally got a response on 5th October saying the company was getting bought out and my refund would be sorted shortly! It is now 25th November and still no refund forthcoming and still no reply to mails or telephone calls. The company is still trading and taking orders. www.ohsosexylingerie.co.uk I
| 116 | Ladyuggs.com | Fake Ugg Boots » | 18/11/2009 | Total claims: 1 | Comments: 0 | |||||
I purchased a pair of "UGG" boots from the website ladyuggs.com (which is now trading as brand-boots.com) - there was nothing on the website to indicate that they were not selling the real thing (they even have the real UGG boot website picture) so when the boots arrived I was extremely shocked and angry to see that they were fake - and bad fakes at that. I was not alerted by the price because the indication was that there was 50% off. I have been in communication with a customer support team but when I tried to reply yesterday to a ticket they had sent it transpires that the website link given to me is not recognised - the website link has disappeared. All I want is to return the boots and get a refund of my money.
| 111 | UGGS-AustraliaUK.com | Purchase of Ugg Boots » | 18/11/2009 | Total claims: 1 | Comments: 0 | |||||
I had purhased a pair of UGG boots from this website and was led to believe they were genuine when they are not. They are fake. When i purchased them and got to the checkout, it stated the value that i would be paying would be £62.98. I then went on to recieve two e-mails to confirm my order and the amount, but the amount they took out of my account was just over £67.00. By the time i had noticed, i had recieved the boots and could tell straight away they were fake. The stitching is poor, the fur is not sheepskin, the thickness of it is not what it should be and it does not cover the whole of inside of the boot. I have contacted the company to arrange for a refund however they seem to be reluctant to give one. They want a valid reason and stated someone can talk to me about any "suggestions". Not only that i will lose out on the delivery charge, a 15% admin fee and then the cost of shipping it all the way back to China which will need to be recorded if i ever do get to send them back. Whether they will get back to me i don't know. I just want my money back. I don't want any fake products.

Ordered Ugg boots on line 22/10 - funds withdrawn 23/10 - OK so far! No goods received as at today (17/11) and for some strange reason I am unable to contact them on their website - the orders URL and the enquiry URL's posted appear to be invalid. They claim to send an email when an order is confirmed - I have an order reference number, but as yet have not heard diddly-squat from Ugg. i must I used them last year and they were great - this year, not so sure................

I ordered myself a pair of Black long classic Uggs in a size 5 for my birthday and my daughter a pair of chestnut short classic Uggs in a size 4 for Christmas on October 29th 2009. My pair were £59.99 and my daughters were £57.99 totalling £117.98 wg#hich I paid for using my visa electron bank card. The full amount was debited from my card and I was lead to believe looking at the paperwork I printed off from the site that the boots were dispatched together and would be delivered via parcel force. I kept checking the track of the parcel using parcel force site and was happy they seemed to be on their way. Today I got a delivery from parcel force and upon opening it the box only contains my daughters chestnut Uggs and my black ones have not been received. I am very angry as when I look on my account history on the site it shows that I have received and signed for all my order and this is clearly not the case. I have emailed the company several times and received nothing back from them and there is no address for them anywhere or contact telephone number I have a feeling I have been ripped off all I want is my Uggs or the cash back.

I have called my bank and they say they cant do anything untill the payment has been debited off my credit card. I have emailed the company asking for my order to be cancelled as I beleive the boots to be Fake.....still waiting for a reply. I AM SO MAD !!!!!

I bought a dress from this company, when it arrived its wasnt finished properly! The eye from the top of the dress hasnt been sewn on and there was quite clearly no attemp to as there wasnt even a stitch it could have broken off from, hence the dress wouldnt do up properly at the top. After making a compaint to the company on the 4th October, i finally got a reply on the 13th of November saying that i wouldnt get a refund or a replacement, even though all over their website it states that if the fault is theirs that a refund will be given. So i am now left with a dress that wont do up properly and £66.46 less in the bank. Not Happy!

bought a stone island zip up top from ejaffa for £99. thought it was very good price. received it about a week later. i ordered Large mens and it wouldn't fit my 8 year old nephew. sent email explaining i was unhappy with goods and paid £10 to send it recorded. received the parcel back 3 weeks later because it could not be delivered to ejaffa. I had to send it again recorded and this time didn't receive it back. I threatened them with reporting them to watchdog and received an email saying "please accept the refund". confused on how i would receive the refund i checked bank accounts and finally paypal where i found a refund of £99. Happy I found a refund in my paypal account... However checked my paypal account the following day to find the REFUND was REVERSED. lost my £99 and nearly £20 in P+P. can't believe Paypal allows this company to deal through them. Fraudulant!! Do not use! Scammers!! think it's closed down now coz website is gone.

this website used the real ugg pictures, logo and said nothing about not being affiliated with Deckers Australia etc. nowhere did it mention that they were actually a chinese company either. i had an email back saying sorry but due to the cost of the shipping(i hadnt been charged any!!) and that there was nothing wrong with the boots, they would not accept the boots back but advised me to buy another pair, bigger size which they would give me 20% off! absolute nightmare because they are a chinese country they are not covered under any consumer legislation act over here!!
