I order a new ferrari t-shirt for my husband as he is a big fanatic. It was to be a birthday present for him at the end of January. They took the money out of my bank account on 21.01.2010. Today is the 29th June 2010 and i still have not received either the goods or my money back!! The telephone number on the site is useless as there is no-one there to help with queries as the phone number is for catalogue orders and not web orders. You can send an email but not actually speak to a human being. I emailed the company on 02.02.2010 to aske where my orders was. I got no responswe back. I emailed again 23.02.2010, and received a reply on 25.02.10 saying - Sorry to hear you have not yet received your order. We have been experiencing some technical difficulties lately. Rest assured these have been resolved and we will investigate your missing products with immediate effect. Again i had to email them on 04.03.10 to ask the same question. I received a reply on 15.03.10 - Again, our apologies for the late response. The item you order is now only available in red. We can dispatch this to you immediately. Please advise. So after all that time they let me know the goods i ordered were not in stock. I asked for my money back and to cancel the order, the response - We will be happy to refund your money, however we cannot guarantee you will receive this by the 17th as requested. It typically takes 3-5 days to reach your account once it has been processed. We will send you an email to confirm your refund once notification has been received that it has been processed. Our sincerest apologies for the poor customer service you have received. As at 29.06.2010 I am still waiting for the money to be returned to my account. I have never had such bad service from any company and I definately do not receommend anyone use them. I still want my money back with interest for all the months that it has not been in my own account. | |||||||||

I ordered online the Jenson Button championship shirt which said item in stock and delivery by royal mail recorded with immediate delivery. I have not received the goods the company do not respond to any messages or emails despite leaving countlingless messages. I have not received a refund. Yet the company is receiving publicity about opening new shops Wheels of SPort in Westfield Hopping Centre London and Liverpool 1 in Liverpool for a supposedly large orgainsation that promote excellent customer service the service I have received has been none existent and am still left waiting for either a refund or the actual goods | |||||||||
