I received modern warfare 2 for ps3 from www.coolshop.co.uk on 7/11/09. it didn't work properly and stated 'not for sale in the uk' on the back of it. i sent it back to the return address asking for a refund. i sent it by registered post on 9/11/09, it was delivered to them on 10/11/09, because i checked with royal mail. i have emailed them 3 times and written a comment on their website but have heard absolutely nothing from them. i want a refund!

I eventually spoke to a 'virtual person' who would not refund because 'not their fault' she returned my 'useless' game to me and told me to take it up with manafacturer, but obviousley I don't have a leg to stand on because it says 'not for sale in uk on back of it!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS SITE, THEY ARE A CON.
