I forwarded onto Experian an orriginal N24 from Basildon County Court stating that a court order placed on my credit file some 4 years ago was set aside and also thrown out, they have so far refused to remove a copy of details of the judgement although I have sent proof. What redress do I have and what do you recommend I do.
