this company took 50.00 us from my credit card and when you try to call them to find out why they do not exist this i have not received any product from them, they only thing i brought on line was the aci berry thing. i thing this company is a fraud is there anyone looking about getting these company off the internet

Ordered a free trial of their product which never arrived at my home. Then I was charged £78.30 for the privilege when I rang them up they said the terms and conditions were in the small print!!!
When I asked them to dispatch the product to me they declined and said until it was returned to them they could not do so... my Postal people don't have my order... I would like my money back... I am now taking this up with the Bank

2 credit card charges of 131.23 canadian dollars that i did not approved

i cancelled order the day i made the original free order. i have still been charged even though i was told that if the order was cancelled within the 15 day free trial period i would not be charged.
