ordered free sample of absolute acai berry supposably costing 99p .. bank statement dated 8th feb says this company has taken £78.29 from my account without my authorisation and recieved nothing in return !!!!!!! DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY FOOL YOU , WHAT A RIP OFF !!

Ordered a supply of dietary supplements, got charged twice for it in December, and couldn't find any way to cancel further orders. They charged twice again in January.
I would love to know where to go to cancel this order.

I ordered a free trial for clean smoke, only had to pay shipping and handleing I did not order the product and nowhere was the company pro-body mentioned I have had $137.00 deducted from my account whithout my consent from pro-body singapore witch I could not afford my bank are looking into it now

can any1 tell me who the hell these people are! they have taken my money out of my account and got no idea what they are for!! i know it might not ba alot of money to some people but its alot 2 me when u got a small child and work hard for it then some idiots just snatch it away from u!!

I ordered alaci berry from your company to the understanding that it was a free trail and i would only pay a shipping cost which i was hapy to do.I never recieved any products and was later charged 3 installments of £77.47 plus a £1.50 charge each time this has made me extremly angry as you can imagine,to date i have cancelled my bank card contacted the police and fraud department,i am also more than willing to take the matter alot futher such as getting legal representation,contacting watchdog,rouge traders,trading standards,ofcom,all major papers and television broadcasting companies,i expect the website to be shut down or have ther information changed and i personally expect a full refund for all monies taken from my account.

A FEW WEEKS BEFORE CHRISTMAS 2009, I ORDERED A 'FREE' TRIAL PRODUCT CALLED 'COLON CLEANSE', AND PAID A FEE OF £3.75 P AND P.
THE 60 TABLETS ARRIVED IN A SMALL PLAIN CARDBOARD BOX DURING THE FIRST WEEK OF JANUARY. WHILST CHECKING MY BANK STATEMENT ONLINE AT THE END OF JANUARY 2010, I WAS VERY SUPRISED TO READ THAT PRO-BODY HAD TAKEN £73 00 PLUS A CURRENCY CHARGE OF £2.75 FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT - WITHOUT MY AUTHORISATION.
TRYING TO CONTACT THE COMPANY IS VERY DIFFICULT, BUT WITH THE HELP OF THE CITIZENS ADVICE BUREAU, I HOPE TO HAVE A FULL REFUND.

The company mentioned ripped my wife off to the amount stated. I tried to email them and rang several numbers including freephone one from their website. They are looking into a refund but lets face it we all know that aint gonna happen. Just cancelled her card and told her to learn from it. They are laughing at us honest people in the world. Best advice is to paste what we know all over sites like this and social networking sites warning everyone. When I spoke to them, one scumbag hung up on me then the other tried to keep me on the line for ages while he was putting me through to the ' refunds department!!! ' Spoke to her bank about fraud etc but the small print states what will happen after 15 days. The charge amounts seem to vary though so will still be working with bank to try and squeeze whatever I can....even if it is some more fake tooth whitening wonder cream which is merely toothpaste!!!
