dear sir/ madam.
I aplied for a loan (unsuccessfull) from yes loans, find out now they have charged me addmin fee of £69.50, I have rung the company and was told I should have been informed of the charges verbally which I was not, only answer I got was the taped conversation, would be listened to and the advisor disaplined, asked to be put through to complaints dept, kept on hold, then put through to another dept put on hold, all these calls 10p a min after 37 mins I had to give up couldnt afford phone bill, no outcome can you help????

Dear Sir / Madam,
As i was looking for a loan, so i searched online. Yes loan Ltd. came up and i filled in my details on their website to get a quote. The quote looked good so i applied for 4,000 pounds and chose to pay it back in 4-5 years. I was going to pay something like 135 per month.

Now someone from their office called me and took my debit card details, which i gave them. They deducted 69.50 from my account. As i saw that they were a bit slow in giving me the loan so i called them to cancel my account. I had to wait 64 mins to get in touch with them. i was told to write them a letter asking for my money back and send it to them, which i did. As i heard no reply from them so i called them again. I, once again waited for 45 mins to get in touch with someone. I was now told that they received my letter and my money will be refunded by 3rd November. Its 4th November now, and i still have not been refunded. I know calling them will be no use as there will be a huge wait.I really want my money back.

Please your help in this regard, will be highly appreciated.
