I lost my job as a builder and was finding it very hard to pay my mortgage and household bills, i was browsing the internet for jobs and an ad came up for model couples as a escort. i thought id fill in the application as it stated no money will be asked for untill there is a client who wants to meet you. the very next day even before id put a photo on model couples advised me that a client wanted to meet me and that they would require a registration fee of 370.00.. i advised them that i had no photo on yet and they said the client was a regular and liked to meet new escorts. i also questioned the amount and they said once id met the client i would recieve 600.00. as i lost my job and at the time i can now see i was very desperate and niaeve i paid 370.00 then once paid they advised me that the client could not meet me due to some member of her family becoming ill. i have since learned that this same story has been used on a number of people on a number of occasions. i feel very stupid and embarrased and now find myself in even greater financial trouble. if there is anything i can do to get even a percentage of my initial fee back i would be very greatfull..

After an initial telephone conversation, and a convincing story that I had a client interested for a "date", I made an advertisement fee payment of £378.35 into Barclays Bank. The account is in the name of : Anvil Media Ltd. Sort Code : 20-98-74 Account Number : 33 92 17 19. There has been a lot of back and forward of correspondence, a full account of which I have recorded, and kept e-mails I have sent and received. The long and short of it is the client never called me, I have been put on "high priority" but as yet have still to get another client. I have requested that they refund my fee as the guaranteed job did not come though; they keep fobbing me off with "we will get you work as soon as possible". | ||||||||||
