ive been with sky about a year ever since ive had sky+hd and multiroom ive had nothing but trouble ive ran up a huge phone bill just to get some answers about why my total bill is so high and im not getting any where ive send a letter off by fax to complain and got told we havant recived it yet im sick and tired of sky taking me for a ride please help
We are students of Automotive Design & Technology. We got a contract from SKY for Internet, Television and Phone line. When we signed the contract they told us that we would get our internet installed within 15 days of the installation of the SKY television and now, its been more than 3 months and still haven't got the internet. Because of this me and my friend were unable to submit our projects before holidays. Now that we've been failed and we have to attend 1 extra year at college to submit our project and pay the extra fees for that. I tried so many times to contact them and asked them to put my internet on but they never did anything apart from saying there is some error on our system. How can there be an error on the systems of this big company SKY. I would be very grateful if you could help me claim SKY for the compensation for the loss me and my friend had suffered and because of them we've to waste our time and pay extra fees at college to pass our HNC. Being international students we will have to spend extra expenditure on our living for that extra time and also we'll have to get our VISA's extended. We hope you would consider our case seriously and hope to hear from you soon..
