paid for 2 pairs of boots which i am still waiting for.took more money of my card than they should have and now cant access websiteas it must be shut down

Ugg boots size Euro 39 ordered - size 38 were shipped and do noy fit

several emails were sent & only 1 reply received offering a £15 discount if i ordered another pair - ALL emails subsequently have been ignored

Payment has been taken, wrong size boots delivered and no contact from the company - disgraceful service

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE - THEY ARE A RIP OFF AND TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL - DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I purchased a pair of "UGG" boots from the website ladyuggs.com (which is now trading as brand-boots.com) - there was nothing on the website to indicate that they were not selling the real thing (they even have the real UGG boot website picture) so when the boots arrived I was extremely shocked and angry to see that they were fake - and bad fakes at that. I was not alerted by the price because the indication was that there was 50% off. I have been in communication with a customer support team but when I tried to reply yesterday to a ticket they had sent it transpires that the website link given to me is not recognised - the website link has disappeared.

All I want is to return the boots and get a refund of my money.
