this company got in to my bank accont and toke money whitout my approvel.

I hav also been stolen from. They have taken 119.5 usd for a smilekit and 119.5usd for a active pro.
I wanted to try the free bottles whith detox and coloncleanse Acaiberry. But i have not ordered something like this.. Is there something I can do to get my money back???

ordered acaiberry and colon cleanse for postage price only but was charged 76 . 40 on credit card.i think that these people should be stopped from opperating by the police.

also since ordering the detox kit i olso have had something called smilekit 866 - 407 - 5 taking £76 .40 out of the same account and i have never ordered anything from them. are these the same people working together?

Basically, around the beginning of December, i was feeling low because of my weight. So when i saw a free trial of Acai Berry and Colon Cleanse, i thought i'd try them. I signed up, and when they arrived, was happy. Took them for about 2 days, then went on my Lloyds account to find that i'd been charged £76.94 EACH!! I was horrified.
Then, During this month alone, £78.48 has come out of my account for "ActivePro" and £76.40 for "smilekit", neither of which i have ordered!
I'm a student, and struggling with funds at the moment as it is, let alone having £308.76 scammed off me by some horrible people in the world. This isn't fair!

Please can you help me?

I also signed up for free trails as I had research value of acai berry.This product however is highly questionable.Nowhere did it mention cafiene as an igredient in adds.I was aware you had to cancel the order or it would be on going however I was not aware that I would be unable to contact the company.The system is designed to take advantage and the responsibility is on you to cancel,however there appears to be no way of contacting the company-that is fraud.I have cancel my account with bank who is challenging the debits.I have also registered complaints with UK office of fair trading and australian equivelant and Aust federal police.I'd like to get contact details for this company and demand a refund so if anyone has numbers or emails that actually get this company I 'd like to see them.
