I joined this site about 7 weeks ago not long after it just opened, i have won a fare bit on this bingo site and they put £300 in my bank a few weeks ago but the still owed me £1130, i recomended my mother to this site as well about a week after i joined, now they are refusing to pay my winnings and have closed my account, they say there is more than one account for the IP address, the rules wen i joined were that only one person per address which i have only opened one account for my address i live in number 64 and my mum lives in number 57 on the same street, i sent them all my id which they were happy about and thats why they paid me the £300, im a single mum and live on my own so i have only one account with this company i have explained all this to them but they are still not willing to pay me my winnings, if anything i would think that they would have to take the matter up with my mother as i was the first person to open a account with them, has anyone got any ideas on this or have had the same problem
thanks for reading

[03/12/2009] Bella: My name is Bella and I am the bingo manager at Eat. Sleep. Bingo! I would like to clear up any misunderstandings from the above post. Our rules clearly state the following:
"Any players with more than 1 account will not be approved for a cashout. Management reserves the right to close the accounts of players with multiple accounts. Multiple accounts are determined on the basis of Internet Protocol (IP) addresses recorded and stored on our database."
In accordance with the above rule, we have closed the original poster's accounts as a result of violating our terms and agreements. Eat. Sleep. Bingo! adheres strictly to the rules posted on our site, and we feel that this benefits all of our loyal players.
Regards,
Bella
[04/12/2009] nicola kelly: I have only one account with this company i have a t mobile boradband USB stick which means every time i log on to the internet i get a new ip address so how can this company say i have more than one account, thousands of people can have the same ip address and that is why they are saying there are six account, THEY ARE NOT SAYING I HAVE MULTIPAL ACCOUNTS IN MY NAME OR MY ADDRESS, JUST THE IP ADDRESS WHICH IS TOTALY WRONG I THINK THEY SHOULD LOOK INTO THIS FIRST BEFORE SAYING SOMEONE HAS MULTIPAL ACCOUNTS
