I order a phillips da1102-05 portable mp3 dab radio on the 21 september the money was taken out of my account straight away it is now the the 22 nov 2009 the item is not in stock and i have been trying for weeks to get a refund i have sent e mails to the company to no avail i just keep getting excuses as to why i havent had the monry refunded M Sewell

[15/01/2010] Mohamed Nadifi: I have paid 103.99 for an order of Sumsung LCD from www.edoxa.co.uk in the 18 of Dec 2009. After sometime, I recieved an email dated 13 of Jan 2010 from the company saying that they have ceased trading and they wont refund me...I am also trying to get in touch with company but in vain, I have sent them emails but no answers...
Can anybody help with this please??
