7 of my friends and I purchased tickets to attend the New Years eve event held at this club. We arrived to the venue for approx 10.15 and joined the back of the queue. 2 and half hours later we stil had nbot gained entry to the club. The managemnt was very poor with no barriers or bouncers making sure the queue was in order. I have asked the club for a refund but they are not allowing this.

They say

'Do you mind was an extremely busy and successful event attended by over 2000 customers'

This is because they have taken our money and we have not gained entry becaused the managemnt of the event was so poor.

Please help me and my 7 friends get our money back! They reuind our New Year!
