I ordered ugg boots from this site on 16th Nov 09 and, 3 months later, despite numerous e mails, I have still not received the goods or indeed, a refund. I contacted the company 4 weeks after the order and was informed there had been a delay, they would be sent the following day, and I would receive a tracking number. After 2 weeks, I received nothing, and duly asked for a refund. This e mail, and all subsequent e mails were ignored until last week, 4th Feb 10, they notified me that the items were sent (no indication as to when!), and to check with my post office. Needless to say, they too have no Uggs! Again, I have asked for a refund and again my e-mails are ignored.
