I need to let everyone know not to order from these scam artist! I had placed my order in good faith in February and after waiting patiently for my Alli, after 2 weeks I had emailed to ask where my product was- I was told that there was none in stock. I foolishly decided to wait another week, the week passes, no product, and then another excuse from ''Kate Smith''.

Finally I was fed up with her endless excuses as I had ordered products from the US before without having to wait more then a week for delivery. I requested to be refunded and again the delays and excuses kept coming in. Til this day I have yet to receive my money back.

These scammers are just sitting on our hard earned money collecting interest; which is why they give us excuse after excuse just to hold on to our quid.

[10/06/2010] Claire: I too have been scammed by this company for £59. I know it\'s not a lot but it\'s a lot to me. I have recently had a baby and on maternity pay and can not afford to loose this money.

I ordered products back on 14th May the money was taken out of my bank on 15th. I chased and they told me to wait the total of 18 days. I have I\'ve emailed again and they told me they had stocking problems which had been sorted and my products would be shipped last week. I replied to the email stating that it wasn\'t good enought that I should have received an email asking if I wanted to cancel the order or wait on stock to be become availbale which I wasn\'t and also that their service is appalling. He hasn\'t replied since. Three more emails have been sent with no response.

Absolutly disgusting. Is there any know way of getting my money back - I desperate for it.

Again I am in the same position. I ordered back in May and emailed them to say I haven’t received anything and again Kate Smith emailed to say that because of the earthquake. (see below) I used paypal for this transaction and I have emailed them to tell them how disgraceful this company is. Hopefully they’ll be band from using paypal as a payment service. I don’t know how to get them shutdown or how to get my money back so if anyone does please help!

As all of our shipping comes all the way from the United States, we sometimes have to deal with some delay and a longer arrival time. We hope you'll understand these complications do occur, especially when a company works so hard to keep their prices at their lowest.

Ordered 27th May and until now nothing arrived. Got some answers from them asking to wait and all the others told above. I will contact my credit card company.

I have told them they have until tomorrow to issue my refund or I will open a transaction dispute with PayPal. Steer clear of this "company", they are obviously either completely useless, or not what they say they are.


[21/07/2010] Lynn Millburn: I wish I had googled this company before purchsing or trying rather to purchase alli pills. Like all on here ordered them months ago...they never came, have been contacting Alison Silver from 2 vitamins via e mail, who yesterday said she had transferred the money into my paypal account. This account displays £0. I rang paypal and they said that the 'seller' has got your e mail address wrong...funny that when I have been e mailing them hundreds of times from my hotmail account!! If anyone sees this there is smething that needs to be done about this company but where to start...DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!

[23/07/2010] Tracey: I paid through paypal, waited 18 days for delivery & surprise it did not arrive, as long as you coplain to paypal within 45 days they will help.
I got a full Refund.


[27/07/2010] Amy Harrison: Purchased items on 27th April 2010 for £40.98 using Paypal. Never received products. Contacted them numerous times only to be fobbed off by Alison Silver that they will refund my money. Still not received it (currently 27th July). They have listings on facebook and have tried to contact them through that. I tried to do a claim through Paypal, but they do not want to know because it is 45 days after the purchase. Complete con artists and I will keep pursuing them until they return the money they have stolen from me.


[27/07/2010] John: Attention be aware these guys are really great scam artists. DO NOT ORDER form this company. I wish I had read this before I ordered in good faith. You will get told all sorts of nonsense rather than receiveing your product or a refund (by Alison). Rubbish like "thank you for letting us serve you" and "unfortunately there was a change of management" as well as their latest "unfortunately there was a problem so I can either forward your order to have it resent or to the refund department, both takes equally as long". They always promise and do not keep. Their intention is clearly do get our money and NOT to send anything. I have informed trading standards and I am also trying through paypal to stop these people from usung our hard earned cash for their own purposes. Do not order from them ever. John


[18/08/2010] Julie: I am in exactly the same position as all the above. I put in an order with them in April and waited for delivery, unfortunately this coincided with the volcanic ash episode so was not alarmed at first with regards to late delivery. Finally after receiving goods through the post I emailed to find out where my order was only to be told they were out of stock. I have emailed approx. 30 times trying to get a refund and my 45 days have lapsed so I can't go back to Paypal, they have £65 of my money and I'm gutted they can treat people this way! I just want my money back and stop with all the excuses ' New administration etc, etc, etc!


[31/08/2010] AA: Yes I have been done for over 70 quids, and excuse after excuse at moment.
I will do whatever it take to get me money back and will report back here.

I got the reply from paypal, regarding my question too see if there's anything they can do after 45 days frame.

They says another possible 180days frame as below. Nevertheless we have to raise our voice to paypal. Let's all report to Paypal to see if they can do something about it. You can use "Contact us" function to let them know.
