I paid West penine £375.00 for a 3 day intense D.A.S motorcycle course.That price included the hire of there 500cc bike, the test fee and training.I was made to ride my own 125cc bike on the 1st day on the 2nd day again was on my own bike and on the main road the instructor gave me no communication/ instruction except telling me to do a 30mph in a 50mph area for no apparent reason, then when the instructor took me on the test circuit he held his hands up to his head and screamed at me being a female causing me leave the test centre in tears. When the actual test day came the instructor told me to ride to the test centre on my own so i did, when the instructor arrived at the test centre all he said to me was " when im finished ring back to west penine and give them the result and he left me there on my own.
When west penine was aked for a full or part refund they adamently said "NO".
Through the way they have treated me has left me feeling very upset and no faith in riding any more.
This company is unreputable and not recommended.Looks like i have lost not only my faith but also hard earned money.
