[14/02/2010] AK: I too have experienced problems with this company. My mum asked them to cap to hot water valve as this was not needed for our new machine and fit it. It took them two and a half hours to complete the task and at a cost of over £400! I have written two letters to them and am now lodging a complaint against them to the Federation of Master Builders. They make me feel so angry!!
